It’s Not Your Grandfather's ADP!

By Terrence McCrossan
Vice President, Strategy

Or so says Naomi Bloom, one of the leading strategy consultants and thought leaders in the HR technology space.

In a recent post on her website (http://infullbloom.us), Naomi talks about the “Four pillars of ADP” – sales, service, financial management and technology. She applauds ADP’s historical strength in each of the first three pillars:

How It All Started

By Mari Ripp
Senior Vice President, Product Development

During the past 18 months as we worked on developing ADP Vantage HCM℠ there were a lot of “firsts” that made me think “I should write about this someday.” Now that we’re rolling this out nationwide, it’s beginning to feel very real. And I wanted to share some of those experiences, thoughts and events we lived through while developing the product.

For me it started with some direct feedback from clients on how they wanted to work with regard to implementing multiple ADP solutions. In the past, there was a need to learn a variety of product behaviors, to provide the same data over and over for multiple products and variety of other challenges common when dealing with multiple stand-alone processes.
